How to book
Advance reservation is required to
arrange all the necessaries.

us your reservation details to Info@palomabalitours.com
Condition of
sale
The indicated
prices and itineraries are subject to change with or
without prior notice. All reservation is based on
request, and confirmation is subject to space
availability.
Twin Share
Tours and the
packages are designed for a minimum of 2 adults. Single
Supplement is for the third person who is using separate
room.
Triple Share
Maximum 3 persons
per room. Extra bed in the most hotels will be a
fold away bed.
Tour program
All the tour
programs listed are package arrangements and no individual
changes or modifications can be made . Except you make prior notice for
personal arrangement request.
Private tours:
Including ac-ed private car,
entrance ticket, meal, guide service
Sharing
tours:
Including ac-ed sharing
coach/car, entrance ticket, guide service
Tour Guides
Our local tour
guides speak English, German, Italian, Spanish, French
and Japanese.
Guarantee
To guarantee your confirmed
reservation, please provide us the details of
your Credit Card (accepted :Visa and MasterCard,
American Express) and the valid passport number.
The hard copy of your Credit Card
(with charge of authorization and your valid
signature) is faxed to Paloma Bali Tours, Fax no
: 62-361-762062
Paloma
Bali Tours will not
charge any amount on your card, until you arrive
in Bali.
Exception : when cancellation is made within 2 (two)
weeks prior to arrival date, 30% of the package
price will be charged for the cancellation.
Payment
On arrival, guests may choose the payment term :
a. In US Dollar
Cash or
b. By Credit Card
Refunds
After commencement
of tour, no refunds will be given for any items not
utilized.
Insurance
Paloma Bali Tours recommends all passengers to have their own insurance.
Insurance coverage should include medical, surgical,
dental, baggage, loss of money, personal accident
and liability.
Liability
*. Paloma Bali Tours and its
associates or agents, will use all reasonable endeavors to
arrange tours and packages as per itinerary.
*. Paloma Bali Tours reserves the right to change any tours,
package itineraries or hotel facilities in any event. Paloma Bali Tours tours is acting only in the capacity of an agent for
tours & transportation companies, hotels, and other contractors
and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for
any damage, loss, injuries, including death, accidental
delays and irregularities beyond our control.
